Funded Farm Visits For Schools- New for 2024!

We are delighted to announce that we are now able to offer farm visits for schools.

These visits are fully funded and can be tailored to suit the schools needs and to fit in with the National Curriculum.

Each visit lasts 2 hours in which time we can cover topics of interest ranging from the field to fork journey, how we manage the livestock and land to look after the environment, growing fruit and vegetables and where other types of animal products come from such as eggs, milk and wool.

For each topic, an activity will be incorporated such as planting their own seeds, spinning wool, making butter, worm charming or building a drystone wall.

We hope that this will offer an insight into what life is like on a working farm and provide an enjoyable day out for the children and teachers alike.

We have a limited amount of visits available so we would encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to arrange your school visit.

Please fill out the form below and we will be in contact as soon as possible, send us an email on burtonbeefschoolvisits@gmail.com or give us a call on 07919 441123.
