Funded Farm Visits For Schools!

School Farm Visits at Burton Beef ๐Ÿ„๐ŸŒฑ

We are delighted to announce that we are now able to offer fully funded farm visits for schools.

Each visit can be tailored to suit your school’s needs and interests, giving children the chance to explore real farm life in a fun, handsโ€‘on way.

Our visits last 2 hours, during which we can explore a range of engaging topics, including:

๐ŸŒพ the journey from field to fork

๐Ÿฎ how we care for our livestock and manage the land

๐Ÿฅ• growing fruit and vegetables

๐Ÿฅš where everyday animal products come from, such as eggs, milk and wool

To bring each topic to life, children will take part in practical activities such as:

๐ŸŒฑ plant their own seeds

๐Ÿงถ spin wool

๐Ÿงˆ make butter

๐Ÿž make bread

๐Ÿฅš collect eggs

๐Ÿšœ spot farm machinery

Our aim is to give pupils a genuine insight into life on a working farm, while offering a memorable and enjoyable experience for both children and teachers alike ๐Ÿ˜Š

We have a limited number of funded visits available, so we encourage you to get in touch as soon as possible to arrange your school visit.
